AN-X3-AMX

The AN-X3-AMX gateway provides a migration path for users looking to upgrade Reliance® AutoMax DCS or Remote I/O networks.
On a Reliance AutoMax DCSNet network, the AN-X3-DCSNet mode supports both Master and Slave functionalities. It can exchange scheduled data over Ethernet with an EtherNet/IP™ Originator, including ControlLogix processors, with any available RPI.
On a Reliance AutoMax Remote I/O network, the AN-X3-AMX-RIO mode supports the Master functionality. It allows an EtherNet/IP™ Scheduled Originator or a ControlLogix® processor to control Reliance AutoMax Remote I/O.

DCSnet
The AN-X3-DCSNet mode acts as a Master or Slave on a Reliance DCSNet Ethernet network.
• Maintains Standard DCS diagnostic counters.
• Broadcasts 8 words of data every 2.8ms
• Supports up to 16 scheduled connections to a ControlLogix processor.
• As a Master, the AN-X3-DCSNet scans up to 55 Slaves.
• As a Slave, the AN-X3-DCSNet acts as any drop number from 1 to 55, with a drop depth up to 55.
• Slave supports 32 words of input and 32 words of output data per drop.
• Monitors the input and output data on other drops on network
• Communicates with an AutoMax processor using AutoMax Programming Executive 3.9A, 4.3A, or above.

AMX-RIO
The AN-X3-AMX-RIO mode acts as a Master on an AutoMax Remote I/O network.
• Scans up to 7 Slaves.
• Supported Output and Input Data (248/250) words.
• Scans AutoMax Remote I/O racks and heads.
• Maintains diagnostic counters.
• Scheduled data can be exchanged with RPI times from 1 to 750ms.
• Configuration text file can be created using auto-configure mode.
• I/O Data aliases and diagnostic descriptions can be imported to RSLogix
• Uses a web interface for configuration and monitoring.
