Ein OEM in Italien hat eine Alternative für die Festmacher an hoch frequentierten Häfen gefunden: Durch die automatisierte Vakuumlösung können Schiffe schneller an- und ablegen. Der Hersteller teilte mit, dass dadurch eine gesteigerte Sicherheit als  auch Effizienz für den Nutzer gegeben ist.

Für ein Projekt war der OEM gefragt und musste eine CompactLogix™ von Rockwell Automation® mit einer Siemens® PROFIBUS Master Steuerung verbinden. Basierend auf der Expertise von Lösungen von ProSoft Technology, entschied sich der Maschinenbauer für diese Kommunikationslösung. Der OEM stellte fest, dass das Modul von ProSoft ihnen eine zuverlässige und starke PROFIBUS Verbindung herstellt. Weiterhin wurde der technische Support aus dem Hause ProSoft Technology geschätzt.

 

Nun ist es möglich einfach an die Diagnose Daten des Systems heranzukommen.
